Starting in undergrad, she worked as an EMT for the University of Utah and joined ski patrol at Brighton Ski Resort. After graduation, she worked as a medical assistant and later as a clinic supervisor at the University of Utah Orthopeadic Center until she was accepted into Loma Linda University’s Physician Assistant program in California. After earning her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2019, she moved back to Utah to continue pursue her passions in the mountains with her husband and work as a PA.
In her free time, you’ll find her on the slopes skiing, hiking, or mountain biking. She continues to work as a volunteer ski patroller at Brighton Resort. She has a unique perspective in that she will treat injuries acutely on the mountainside as a ski patroller, but also be able to treat and manage patients in her role as a PA through their surgery, hospital stay, and follow up care. Her training in rescue and love for athletics, mountains and orthopedics serves as a foundation for her current position as a PA with Dr. Lind doing orthopedic knee and trauma surgery.
